Bobbi-Sue First - Orthodontic Assistant
Hello, I'm Bobbi-Sue and I have worked with Dr. Dyer since January of 2007. I've had braces twice, so I understand what our patients are going through. I love seeing our patients on a regular basis and developing relationships with them and seeing their smiling faces when their braces come off. I have become very close to Dr. Dyer and the other team members and consider them to be my second family.
I am married to my husband, Trevor, and we have two children, Carson and Reagan. When I have free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and children, shopping, and going to church. I am active in the New Walk Church community and also participate in Beads for Life.
Claudia Wrucha - Receptionist
Hi, I'm Claudia and I greet patients when they come to the office, make appointments, and take care of the financial aspects of treatment. The best part of working in orthodontics is seeing the constant positive changes in our patients' appearance and self-esteem. I love getting to know each family member and seeing the patients grow over the years. Our team all has the same goal in mind, and that is to make a positive difference in others' lives.
I am married to my husband, Scott, and we have two children, Luke and Logan, a hamster named Nibbles, and a goldfish named Goldie. I enjoy volunteering at my children's school and going to Disney World. When I was on vacation in Tahiti I swam with sharks!
Raina Martinez - Orthodontic Assistant
Hello, I'm Raina and I've assisted Dr. Dyer chairside for four years. Working in this office is like having a second family, and we all have the same goal of making positive differences in our patients' lives. I like getting to know our many patients and their families and seeing a patients' finished results and how happy they are.
I have lived in Tampa all my life and live with my husband, Miguel. We have a boy on the way named Jaxson and we have a dog named Diesel. In my free time I like shopping and spending time with my family and friends. I was also a competitive all-star cheerleader for 10 years.
Samantha Sabina - Orthodontic Assistant
Hello, I'm Samantha and I assist Dr. Dyer to create the best outcome for each patient. I love being able to watch the whole process of having braces from beginning to end and seeing the amazing transformation first hand. I enjoy working with the entire team here. We all care about each other like a family.
I am a native of Tampa and live there with my husband, Julian, our children, Brie and Julian Jr., and our dog Zuzu. I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the gym, and cleaning.
Debbie Alringer - Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator/Financial Coordinator
Hello, my name is Debbie and I assist Dr. Dyer in the initial consult with patients and educate them on why orthodontic treatment is beneficial not only for the end result of a beautiful smile but also for their self esteem and their overall dental health. I love to see the joy in our patients' faces when their treatment is completed and developing relationships with patients and their families. We as a staff are very fortunate to work for such an understanding and caring doctor who is passionate about his work. Because of his leadership, the staff works well together as a team.
I am originally from Jamaica and now live in Tampa with my husband, Rick, and our American Hairless terriers, Avery and Tagnon who we treat as our children. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, reading, and walking.
Wendy Texter - Orthodontic Assistant
Hi, my name is Wendy and I take impressions for appliances and retainers. I love that my job lets me help other people to have beautiful smiles and I have learned that every person I meet is an individual and unique. Our team works so well together because we all get along.
I am originally from Streator, IL, but have lived in the Tampa area since 1972. I am married to my husband, Erik, and we have a 6 month old daughter, Julia. I love to dance and read and I even take an adult hip-hop dance class.
Melissa Hill - Orthodontic Assistant
Hi, I'm Melissa and I assist Dr. Dyer by working with patients, writing lab scripts, sending out appliances, taking care of emergencies, taking impressions, and much more. My job is so rewarding because of the hands-on work I get to do and all the people I get to meet. I am blessed to work with all of my co-workers and Dr. Dyer. They all are truly wonderful people and we all work well together.
I have been married to my husband, Billy, for 25 years and we have two children, Channing and Cassi. We have two dogs, Sam and Matilda, and a cat, Sarah Bella, who thinks she's a dog. In my free time I enjoy gardening, going to church, and spending time with my family. We love RV-ing, especially to the mountains.
